Information We Collect

Website (goherd.io)

We do not collect personal information through passive browsing of our website. We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors.

If you choose to contact us through our contact form or by email, we may collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Message content and subject
• Any other information you choose to include

We also receive basic technical information such as your IP address as part of the request. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

Orgnizn (iOS Application)

Account Information

When you sign in using Auth0, we receive basic account information such as your name and email address. This information is linked to your identity and is used solely to authenticate your account and enable core application functionality.

Third-Party Integration Data

When you connect services such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira, Orgnizn accesses task-related data (such as project names, task titles, and due dates) via those services’ APIs using OAuth authorization.

Local Storage

Task and project data — including data imported from integrations — is stored locally on your device. GoHerd does not store this data on its own servers.

Credentials

We do not store your third-party service credentials.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Provide and maintain our products
• Authenticate users and enable application functionality
• Respond to support requests and contact inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sale to third parties.

Third-Party Services

goherd.io uses third-party services including:

• Resend (email delivery for contact forms and support communication)

Orgnizn uses third-party services including:

• Auth0 (authentication)
• Asana, Monday.com, and Jira (task integrations)

When you connect these services, their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data. Orgnizn accesses this data in a read-only capacity and does not modify content in external systems. GoHerd.io only shares the minimum information necessary to provide functionality (such as delivering an email message).

Data Sharing

GoHerd Inc does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

Data Retention & Deletion

• Data stored locally in Orgnizn can be deleted at any time within the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
• Account-related data (such as name and email provided through Auth0) can be deleted upon request.
• If you contact us by email, we retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary and will delete it upon request.
• Messages submitted through the contact form are transmitted via email and retained only as long as necessary to respond and for basic record-keeping.

Children’s Privacy

GoHerd products are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information:

• Orgnizn relies on iOS platform security for local data storage
• Third-party integrations use industry-standard OAuth authorization

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
